Sydney and Doris B. Fishman established the Rosemont Management Company, Inc., in
1983 as the management division of Dorsid Enterprises, a company they founded in 1967.
Rosemont Management Company has since grown into a multi-use property management
company, offering to the renting public full service office space as well as light industrial
and retail space.

Over the last 50 years as builders, general contractors and developers, Mr. and Mrs.
Fishman found that by providing owner operated property management, they were able to
meet the needs of their tenants in a timely and efficient manner. As a result, this
management service has evolved into a family tradition. The Fishman family owns all of the
properties managed by Rosemont Management Company, Inc.

The staff of Rosemont Management Company has over 100 years of combined
construction and owner management experience, and is familiar with all the aspects of
leasing and complete service oriented property management. All of the Rosemont
Management Company properties are in Frederick County, Maryland, with the main office
just minutes from any location, allowing for quick responce to the needs of their tenants.
